Welcome to the Salon Owner 6-Week Mastermind on Rocket Fuel, hosted by Empowered Salon Leaders ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our program and use of all related content, materials, and services provided through this sales funnel or associated platforms.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the materials provided.

1. Program Overview

The Salon Owner 6-Week Mastermind is a live coaching and study-based mastermind designed to support salon owners and managers in building leadership, infrastructure, and team development skills. This is a professional development program and does not guarantee specific financial or business results.

2. Enrollment and Access

Once payment is received, you will receive access to:

6 live, one-hour group study calls A participant workbook and supporting materials Bonus access to Leaders Lab Membership for one month (if paid in full) All session replays available on demand

Your access is limited to the program term unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

Program Fee: $247 (one-time payment) or two monthly payments of $127 Payment is due at the time of enrollment. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

No Refund Policy: Because this program is for committed action-takers, all sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment is submitted.

4. Intellectual Property

All content shared in the Salon Owner 6-Week Mastermind — including but not limited to workbooks, videos, slides, call replays, and bonuses — is the intellectual property of Empowered Salon Leaders.

You may not:

Share, reproduce, or resell any materials Distribute program content without express written permission Use the program for teaching or training outside your business

5. Participation Guidelines

By enrolling in this program, you agree to:

Show up with integrity and professionalism Respect the privacy and input of fellow participants Avoid inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior during live calls or inside the community Refrain from promoting your own services unless explicitly invited to do so

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Coaching & Support

This group coaching program includes structured calls and optional Q&A. While personalized feedback may be offered during sessions, this is not a substitute for private 1:1 coaching.

We do not guarantee any specific business or financial outcomes as a result of participating in this program. Your results depend on your own efforts, implementation, team, and external business conditions.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have access to:

A stable internet connection Zoom (for live calls) A working email address to receive updates and materials

We are not responsible for missed sessions due to personal technical issues. However, all calls are recorded and made available in the replay portal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowered Salon Leaders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program.
